2. General Cancellation Terms

Requests submitted through other channels may not be processed.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time to be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Private or group bookings may be subject to stricter cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

  • The experience was canceled due to weather or safety-related issues.

  • Rovopedia is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers.

6. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to modify their booking at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.

  • Price adjustments may apply based on new service dates or package changes.

7. Cancellation by Rovopedia or the Provider

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, technical failures, or safety concerns.

  • In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Some bookings may be classified as "non-refundable" such as promotional offers, discounted packages, or last-minute bookings.

  • This will be clearly stated on the booking page before checkout.

9. Dispute Resolution
